| Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, snail mail or over the Internet. When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. | Shipping And Handling Domestic Orders - Includes US Territories, APO/FPO. We ship via FedEx Ground for the continental U.S. shipments. Current delivery time is 3 - 7 business days including processing time. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii and APO/FPO are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Delivery time is 7 - 14 business days. International orders - Most orders will be shipped via USPS International Priority, however, we reserve the right to ship via UPS WorldWide. You are responsible for all extra delivery charges, duties, taxes, Customs fees and any other charges or fees that may be incured by importing products into your country. You should call your local customs office for more information on potential taxes, duties, charges and fees. Please allow 2 - 3 weeks for delivery on international orders. |

| Returns Policy Return & Refund Policy The products we offer are of the highest quality and packed with care. We are confident that you'll be satisfied with every item you purchase at KakaduKloset.com. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days for an RMA number by emailing info@kakadukloset.com or call 800-331-8851. KakaduKloset.com will pay shipping charges in the event the incorrect item was shipped. All other returned items must be in original and resalable condition to receive a refund. Returns must meet ALL applicable criteria: A valid RMA numst be clearly marked on the box. Products must be returned in un-used condition and in their original packaging (hang tags, manufacturer's box, packaging paper, plastic bags, etc.) Please be sure to package well. Items showing any signs of wear such as removal of tags, finger prints, makeup stains, sweat stains, reshapping, etc., are not eligible for return or exchange To ensure a fast and accurate refund. Include a note or copy of the sales receipt or invoice with your name, mailing address and the reason you are returning the item(s). Do not add additonal packing material such as foam peanuts, they make a mess and we try out best to use Green shipping methods. The product will be inspected and a refund issues or exhange sent out within 1-2 weeks. If the returned item(s) do not comply with any of the criteria listed above, they will be shipped back to you at your own cost. Re-shipping costs for all exchanges will be based on the weight of the item and zip code. In most cases it will be equal to the original shipping cost for the item. A standard 20% retock fee will be applied to all returns. Delivery charges are not refunded.
